Write in as soon as you can with the order number. We can usually adjust quantity or cancel before the warehouse ships. Once a carton is out, it has to come back through the 30-day return window.

Unused pieces in original packaging return free within 30 days of delivery. Cookware that has been used on a burner is not eligible. Start the return through this form and we will send a prepaid label.

Every product page lists true measurements, weight, materials, oven limits and care. If those details do not match what arrived, include the product name in your message and we will make it right.
